Lease Takeover is available now - May 31st. No fee on the lease takeover (March to May). Opportunity for New Lease: A half-month broker fee will apply on the extended new lease that starts in June based on the in-house application process. Renter Requirement: 40 times the rent and have good credit collectively. The lease takeover would have to have the term negotiated. If interested, the renewed lease term would be open for negotiation as long as it does not end during the Fall / Winter. The new rent for the new tenants would be increased to $2900 per month.
