Hey there! I'm on the lookout to sublet my cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment at 55 Jordan in Jersey City. The units in this high-rise have sleek, modern finishes and ceiling-to-floor large windows that bathe the space in natural light, offering a stunning view of NYC.
It's a 13-minute walk from the Journal Square PATH Station so getting to New York City is a breeze. The building also has amenities, including a cardio center, fitness gym, business center, and a rooftop terrace complete with a pet run.
I've absolutely adored making this place my home, especially because of the incredible view. However, I'm relocating to California for a new job opportunity and am looking for someone to take over until my current lease ends. Working with the rental management company really easy if you're considering staying on past the sublet period too.
