Lease takeover in Prime West Village/Meatpacking Location! 1,000+ SF studio loft! We are looking for someone reliable to take over our current lease. It is a massive loft (with a huge walk in closet) in a doorman elevator building with a rooftop and gym. It is in an incredible location on the corner of Horatio and Washington, right by the water and tons of restaurants! We would need someone to move in on April 1st (some flexibility if you want to come in sooner) and our current lease ends in October. There are very high ceilings (10+ feet), the apartment has Eastern exposure so gets a ton of direct sunlight in the mornings. The area is very peaceful and quaint and close to the A-C-E subway. The apartment has a large fridge, a ton of storage space, a full kitchen/dishwasher and multiple closets! We can leave some furniture behind if required. Lease can also be assigned to the tenant with prior notice and then renew the lease at time of expiration
