I've loved living in this apartment over 10 years and love the neighborhood. The property management office staff are excellent to work with. The building staff (doormen, maintenance staff, everyone) are very friendly and helpful, and keep the building and the apartments in excellent condition. The neighbors are wonderful and friendly.

The neighborhood is very safe and full of many students, young professionals, young couples, families with kids, and older people. You can make many great friends. After a busy day you might enjoy playing pickleball in front of Morton Williams in the evening during summer, ice-skating there in the winter, watching the lovely birds flocking around on the waterfront and in the many parks nearby, or sit by the water and read a book. You're very close to NYC and yet far from the madding crowd.

Newport management organizes many enjoyable social events all year round, both within the building premises and outside in the many nice green parks nearby. I loved living here and I think you will too.

The apartment is in very good condition and I plan to get it professionally cleaned once I move out on April 11th, after which it will be available for showing.

I may be able to make the unit available from April 27th 2024 on-wards as well, if you need an earlier move-in date. Let me know.
