Hello! I am looking to assign my lease, which has 3.5 months remaining (from mid April to end of July). The 679 sq/ft apartment is a 1 bed, 1 bath located in Tribeca. This is a luxury building with 24/7 doormen and incredible building management staff. I live here with 1 fantastic roommate (male) who lives in the flexed bedroom. Virtually all subway lines (4/5/6, A/C/E, 1/2/3, R/W, J/Z, N/Q/R/W) are within a 1-5 min walking distance. The room you're be taking over is the proper bedroom, large at 11x16ft (also, with 2 built in full-sized closets). As seen by the photos, this room can sustain a large desk, small couch, and queen- or king-sized bed. Laundry is in building. Earliest move-in possible is April 15th. Opportunity to re-sign with the existing roommate exists following the end of the current lease in July. If you need furniture, we can negotiate something!
