The apartment is located in a great area right next to the Hudson river, the riverside park, and is 5 min away from the subway station at 96th st (lines 1,2,3). Lines A,B,C are 15 min away. The building has a few amenities including a gym, Laundry room, a mini coworking space, and a theater room. The building also has a rooftop with a nice view. Central Park is 15 min away by foot. The area overall is very safe and you can find grocery stores nearby and lots of restaurants in Broadway and Amsterdam avenue.
