Lounge area is cosy with pass through window to kitchen. Projector and electric projector screen for TV or Movies. Kitchen fully fitted with Microwave, Dishwasher, Large gas burner stove, toaster oven, toaster, kettle, food processor and other necessary appliances etc
Laundry onsite, Terrace, Lounge common space area with pool table, table tennis.. Other amenities available for low fee are yoga studio, steam room, sauna, pool and gym.
There is a service dog on the lease so no other animals can reside in this apartment. I am only allowed the one that is registered to this apartment he won’t be present the entire time but if allergic or don’t like dogs then this isn’t the apartment for you.

Additional fee

If a long stay then an Occupancy fee is required of $120 and the building will need basic letter of employment etc

Other info

The lease will be ending in July. If you wish to go it June it then we can arrange a lease take over before the end of the lease if suitable. I’m flexible to help with this process. Will consider shorter or long term rentals within the dates given
