I am looking to have someone take over the spot on a lease for a 4b4b in Bushwick! The room has its own bathroom (with tub) in an apartment with 3 other women (mid-20s to early 30s). The move-in date is March 1st. You would apply to the management company and fully sign onto the lease with an option to resign.

The apartment is in a quiet area walking distance (15min or less) to a bunch of great coffee shops (ex. Chez Alex & Early Yves). 10min walk to a Blink and 10 min walk to a grocery store. Also close to a lot of great music (Jazz - Ornithology Jazz Club, Lunatico; Electronic - Paragon, Bossa Nova Civic Club, Nowadays; Afrobeats/HipHop/Rap - Cafe Erzulie, Hart Bar)
