There is a washer/dryer and a dishwasher, a large living room, high ceilings, central A/C in every room. It has great natural light, a closet, and can fit a full bed and a desk. There's also a small, shared backyard and a small shed for extra storage for a fee. Looking for someone who values a warm and tidy home and is respectful and easygoing, clean and responsible.
The apartment is 5 mins 65st R train and 9 min walk to Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av's E, F, and 7 and . There's 3 grocery stores down the street and so so so much food.
About me: I’m a fairly easy going/communicative/clean roommate and am excited to meet new people 🙂.
