2 Blue Slip is a high rise in northern Greenpoint. Surrounded by famed and new restaurants and bars. This unit is the largest 1 bedroom in the building. High ceilings, out cove kitchen, dining area separated from the living room. 2 VERY LARGE walk in closets. Will not find more room in ANY 1 bedroom apaertment. Also has a double sink in the bathroom. Tub Shower combo with an overhead and hand held shower head.

The unit (F line) has floor to ceiling windows giving a full view of the Hudson River and NYC Skyline. You can see the financial district all the up past the Chrysler building. We see the Empire State building shine directly in front of our view. On top of that, you see the sunset everyday over NYC.

Transportation: Access to the NYC Ferry, G Train are readily available. Citi Bike station is right outside of the building. Located 2 blocks from the Pulaski Bridge where you can bike or walk over into Long Island City. I bike Daily to the 7 train there. It takes 5 minutes.

Building: Has a perfect gym with yoga studio. Classes are free and weekly for a variety of different workouts. There is a pool in the summer + outdoor terrace with grills and space to work all year long. There is also a HUGE co-working space that is used daily + a movie room and party room.

Garage downstairs has availability for cars. It costs $500 per month. We house our car there and they have been great.

Building will allow for a renewal. This is the most coveted unit in our building. 1 of these units are on every floor.

We are willing to sell some of our furniture if the tenant were interested.

Building is filled with dog owners.
