I am moving in with my partner and therefore looking for someone to take over the apartment.
It's on the 6th floor (top floor) with a private balcony. Washer / Dryer in the building. Storage for you bike. Fob to enter the building.
No Credit Score needed.
2 min walking from Myrtle Ave / Broadway (J, M, Z lines) - 10 min walking from Morgan Ave (L train). Bars (Happy Fun Hideaway, Birdy's) on the block! Clubs (Paragon, Bossa Nova, Mood Ring) in walking distance. Multiple grocery stores and supermarkets within minutes.
It's the perfect place to enjoy Bushwick to it's full extent! (There's much to enjoy!!) And be able to get to the city super fast. I personally commute almost every day and it's very easy. Trains go frequently until late.
