Total for utilities is $150/month including heat, electric, gas, and WFH-reliable Wifi. Air conditioner as well as ceiling fan are also installed.

The block is quiet already, and this apartment is in the rear of the building so basically no noise!

Minimum of 2 months. Move in price would be first month as well as a $2500 security deposit that will be returned to you as long as the apartment is kept in good condition. Sublease agreement will be signed by both parties.
