The current lease is through December 24, 2024. You will pay the same rent that I pay, which is $3351 per month. This is not a sublet, but rather a lease takeover facilitated by the Haus25 leasing office. You will fill out an application and step into my shoes in the current lease. The same apartment one floor above mine without the balcony rented for $3,629.

Additional fees

ADDITIONAL FEE b/c this is a lease takeover, there is a one-time $500.00 per-person fee. There is 1 of me residing currently in the apartment, so I will pay $500. Each person taking over the lease will also have to pay the $500.00 fee.

The fee for the exceptional amenities is $60 per person per month, which I paid up front for the entire lease. We can work out a reimbursement for the adjusted amenities fee from whenever you move in to the end of the lease.

Other info

If your dog is an ESA the pet monthly fee will be waived. Haus25 does not have any breed restrictions for dogs.
