Your part of the rent would be $1452 per month, with an option to renew the lease in a rent-stable building. The apartment has 2 large common spaces, AC / heater in every room, a semi-private backyard, in building laundry, a dishwasher, and a spare storage / guest room (great for hosting friends from out of town).
