This apartment is a 2 bedroom, one bathroom unit with a fully equipped/furnished kitchen and a fully furnished living room with a couch, TV, coffee table, and small dining table. The building itself is well-maintained and has a live-in super.

The bedroom is pretty spacious, as it currently accommodates a queen-sized bed, desk, dresser, floor lamp with shelves, and full piano keyboard. Definitely can fit a great WFH setup. There's tons of storage space in the huge closet in the bedroom, as well as storage space on top of the closet. There are two windows in the bedroom- one facing north and one facing east- so the room also gets plenty of light and great views.

The location itself is awesome, as the building is at the intersection of Allen St and East Houston St. Immediate walking access to both East Village and Lower East Side. It's also located right above the 2nd avenue subway stop, which runs the F train.

I'm looking for a subletter to move in January 1 and stay through August, with the possibility of extending the lease afterwards. I'm moving due to a recent job switch, and my roommate is my friend who is a male in his mid-20s and is a very friendly, clean, and respectful guy who's easy to get along with!

No broker's fee! The kitchen is furnished/fully equipped and the living room is already furnished with couch, TV, coffee table, and small dining table. I am planning on taking most of the furniture in the bedroom itself, but can also potentially work something out if the subletter wants a furnished bedroom.

There is also the possibility to take over the lease from me, if interested! My roommate would also like to renew the lease next August, so that will be a possibility in the future.
