I’m moving out of my apartment in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn, meaning there is one room available starting Jan. 1, 2024. It’s a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment on Lincoln Place between Underhill Ave and Washington Ave that is just a block away from Grand Army Plaza, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park and is close to the 2 and 3 and walking distance to the 4, 5, B, and Q trains. $1550 + utilities.

The apartment is on the first floor of the building. There’s a washer and dryer in-unit plus a dine-in kitchen with a dishwasher. The kitchen is currently completely furnished, meaning you would only have to furnish your bedroom. There is not a living room in this apartment.

A full size bed or smaller is recommended for the bedroom. There’s a large closet with hanger and storage space at the top. The room also has a ceiling fan.

The other bedroom is currently occupied by a 25yo teacher (male). He is moving out when the lease is up at the end of August 2024, meaning there’s an opportunity for a lease takeover. No preference on gender.
