The apartment has a large balcony with stunning views of Manhattan, the Queensborough Bridge, and the PS1 courtyard — enjoy the summer outdoor concert series from your home! The corner unit is also rent stabilized so enjoy small rent increases (~$100 /year). If you sign the lease in December -- I will pay for December as well! No broker fee of course.
Apartment has a doorman and pool in the building as well. Corner unit so only neighbors on one side of the unit -- no neighbors across the hall as well (storage space directly across).
