Very recently constructed building with top of the line amenities. Has keyless entry feature into the apartments. We’re the first tenant in this unit and you would only be second tenant here. Building is amazing , very pet friendly if u have pets. Management here is great, very responsive and helpful. Rooftop deck has one of the best views of Manhattan and east river. See the 4th of July fireworks right from ur rooftop.
We’re leaving this unit due to job relocation otherwise loved this building. The attached pictures shows the model one bedroom unit for the finishes. Please see floor plan for actual size of rooms and apartment. Our unit also has walk-in closet, and large island in kitchen. Other pictures included show the amenities in building and lobby.
There’s ample storage here and closet space. We’ve also added additional shelving for storage. If interested we’d leave those floating shelves in place for you. Any furniture you’d be interested in we can discuss.
Additional fees
Applicant would be taking over lease so needs to meet 40x rent requirement, and security deposit. I believe security deposit is reduced for qualified candidates based on credit score but will need to check with management. Application fee is $20.
