This unit is a beautiful 2-bed/2 bath corner unit with expansive floor to ceiling windows offering 270 degree views of the east river and Manhattan skyline including the Empire State Building, Freedom Tower, and Williamsburg Bridge. The apartment is flooded with natural light and you will never have to turn on a light during daytime hours.

There is a master bedroom and second bedroom that is ideal as a guest bedroom or office. Master bedroom has its own full bathroom and there is an additional full bathroom next to the second bedroom. In addition, the apartment has an expansive and open kitchen and living room area.

The building's amenities include a wrap-around deck right on the river with a pool, couches, recliners, tables, and grills. During the summer the deck is lively and social and is a fantastic place to have friends over for dinner/drinks or simply work on your tan. It also has an indoor lounge with large screen TV and pool table, as well as tables to work during the day. There is a full gym which includes all of the equipment one could reasonably expect (treadmills, bikes, weight-lifting machines, bench, squat rack, dumbbells up to 80lbs, etc.)

The building is quiet and the building staff is incredible. The staff is actually one of the reasons we love this building - we didn't realize how important that is until we had it!

The apartment is located right next to the Williamsburg Ferry stop and a short walk to the Bedford L-train. You are within walking distance of all of Williamsburg and Greenpoint and a quick 3 minute walk along the water to Domino Park.

An identical floorplan rented for $7,895 two weeks ago, so taking over a lease may be the way to go here. If we weren't leaving the state, we probably wouldn't leave this unit until we had multiple children.

Additional fees

The renter will need to pay the 1st month's rent and security at the time of signing the agreement and will be offered a one year renewal at $7550.86. The amenities rate for use of the gym and deck is $120 per person per month. Renters must meet the criteria of earning at least 40 times the rent and have good credit.
