It's a beautiful apartment building, amazing view with floor to ceiling windows you can see the statue of liberty in the distance, heat + air conditioning, kitchen island, great apartment staff, great location, washer and driver in the building, gym in building, 24/7 doorman.

Right next to multiple different subway lines.

A few minute walk from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Crunch Fitness, Chelsea piers gym.

Happy to answer any questions about the place or send over more pictures/videos! Also, you can come by and tour the apartment!

My move out date is super flexible, basically i'd like to get the lease taken over as soon as possible but any date works.

Regarding all of my stuff. I can keep it if you'd like and sell you my things for a good price or get rid of everything and have the unit be empty! Whatever you'd prefer.
