Move-in date: Between Dec 15th 2023 and Jan 1st 2024(move-in date is flexible) and lease ends May 31st 2024.

The net price will be approximately $1820 because the first month is 50% off while I'll be covering the other half. Security deposit of one month gross rent of $2080 is also due at move in.

Location: Midwood, Brooklyn (Q & B trains at the Kings Highway station which is a 6 mins walk away)

The lease will be until May 31, 2024 and l'm flexible with move-in date, preferably no later than Jan 1st!

There's an in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, amazing natural light (south/west facing), and plenty of closets. Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment, so you'll truly have privacy. My current roommate was the first tenant to live here, so everything is still in great condition.

I love this neighborhood for its culture and it feels safe even if I'm walking home past 11 PM. Everything is in walking distance, including Target, CVS,
Starbucks, Delis, TJ Maxx, Chipotle, Cinnabon, gyms, and much more. I am moving because of my job
