Additional fees

From the building management company:
Applicants need to be currently employed, with at least a year of tax returns that prove an annual salary equal to or greater than 40X the gross monthly rent (107K).
If self-employed, applicants’ net income must be equal to or greater than 40X the gross monthly rent (107K), with a CPA letter attesting to this.
A minimum credit score of 650 or higher, with no debt in collections, is required.

If you plan on using a guarantor, he/she will need to reside in the USA and earn an annual salary equal to or greater than 80X the gross monthly rent (214K).

Pets are allowed. The backyard is great for dogs. My friends bring their dogs over all the time.
