This is my favorite apartment I’ve ever lived in! I am leaving for a while to live with my parents for a while.

-Grocery stores 2 blocks up on 5th Ave, and a 15 minute walk down 3rd Ave to Whole Foods.
-Lots of great food and dining options in the area. Great dive/jazz bar a block away with lovely backyard.

Roommate is a 28yo male, artsy type, working in the film industry. Very clean and low key. He has decorated the living room beautifully and I’m sad to be leaving.

Comes with 1 very friendly cat. If you have a cat that should be ok, but dogs might be an issue.
