This unit located on the 26th floor is very beautiful and it has the convenience of washer and dryer in-unit, large closets, spacious balcony and a stunning view!

I won't take the furniture with me, I bought them from CB2 and they are like new but mostly they look very nice in here.

Current lease agreement ends on May 31st 2024, but it can be extended further. We would sign a lease assignment agreement for the remaining portion of the lease.
