I’m looking for someone to take the remaining five months on my lease (December 1st-April 30th, but ready for move-in ASAP). It’s a gorgeous room with plenty of space in a large apartment, located right on Ditmars Boulevard. There are two roommates, both in their 20s, both avid sports fans, and both who cause no noise or cleanliness issues at all. The apartment is a five minute walk to the Ditmars stop on the N, a 30 second walk to the nearest laundromat, and has plenty of bars and restaurants right outside the building.

The room has two windows, lots of natural light, a good sized closet, and plenty of room even with a queen sized bed.

The living room is fully furnished, kitchen is gorgeous with appliances.

Building has just one other apartment, (ours is up just one flight of stairs, and one is above us). Neighbors are kind, no noise issues, clean building.

Rent is only $1000 a month, I’ve already paid realtors fee and security deposit, you truly won’t find a better deal than this.
