Lease Takeover: We’re moving out of the city and are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease, with the option to renew when the lease is up. The max renewal increase is 3% (roughly $114 per month).
This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in the heart of Brooklyn is available January 5th, 2024. We can be flexible with the lease start date if you need a date later in Jan or early Feb.

- The monthly rent is $3,802.76
- Gas and electric are paid through the building and average about $120/month
- We already paid the annual amenities fees which cover the gym and rooftop access, so you’d have that covered for the remainder of this lease. Amenities are optional, so you can opt out in the future should you decide to renew the lease.
- The security deposit is 1 month’s rent which you would pay to us. We’re willing to split that, so you’d pay us 50% of 1 month instead of a full month, and then the building would reimburse you up to the full month whenever you move out.
