Beautiful, large 1 bedroom in the heart of gorgeous Greenpoint.
I'm a design enthusiast and put a lot of effort into transforming the space into a luxe sanctuary. The bedroom is large, with a queen-sized bed, desk, armchair and stationary bike. There is a walk-in closet attached to the bedroom. The living room features a 4-seater couch, large coffee table, 65in TV. The dining area has a round 4-seater table that can be extended. The kitchen is huge, has a long granite counter and tons of storage space, as well as a breakfast nook in the corner. The bedroom is North facing and the kitchen is South facing.
The apartment is in prime location in the buzzy-yet-serene Greenpoint neighbourhood. Our block sits between Franklin St (tons of coffee shops, great restaurants and shopping) and Manhattan Ave(grocery stores, pharmacies, all essentials) - everything you need is within a few steps but our tree-lined street is quiet and peaceful. Trendy Williamsburg is a short walk away, Manhattan is a 20 minute subway (the G train is at the end of our block - less than 2 min walk) or a 15 min car ride away. There are Citibike stands all over Greenpoint too (two on my street) and the Greenpoint Ferry is just 2 blocks away.
I will be traveling and working remotely, so I'm looking for low-key, highly responsible subletters with good credit and references.
