I'm seeking someone to take over a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens between December 1st and December 30th for $2,500, utilities included. Afterward, the new lease will be $3,100.

We're located near the Winthrop 2/5 station, approximately a 4-minute walk away, right off Winthrop St. and New York Ave. There are plenty of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. Getting to Manhattan and other popular places in Brooklyn is very convenient. We have a basement that includes a laundry room. The apartment features an open floor plan and a spacious bathroom. Additionally, we have rooftop access. We're on the second floor, which is accessible by both an elevator and stairs.

Both bedrooms face the street and have high ceilings with large windows that provide plenty of natural light when needed. The rooms are of standard size, with one being slightly larger than the other (capable of accommodating a queen bed, while the other can fit a king). Each room also includes a generous closet space.
