We have a wonderful 1400 SQ. FT 2 Bedroom + Den and 3 full Bathroom Penthouse at SoHo Lofts Jersey City. We are moving for work and are looking for someone to take over our lease from late December/ early January at $5,800 PCM running through to September 30th, 2024. Once the current lease expires you will have the option to renew as an existing tenant. As we have already paid the common area charge ($1,080), we are happy to transfer this across to the new tenant as well as the security deposit ($1,500) so it will be a very straight forward lease change over with our building management without you having to put any money down.
