Our 15 Cliff Street 1 bedroom apartment is stylishly designed, spacious, recently renovated and has amazing natural light. The bedroom has 2 massive windows and the living room has 3 since this is a corner aparment. Due to the convenient lay out, you never have to worry about being bothered by noise from other tenants. Each floor is only 5 apartments making it feel very homey and secluded. Specifically, everyone on the 4th floor is extremely friendly and respectful. 15 Cliff Street has a 24 hour doorman, lounge, gym and rooftop. In addition 15 Cliff takes security of their tenants very seriously. After 10pm, you need to use a security app which gives you access to the building. Of course, this is a pet friendly building. By far one of the best selling points and, why we moved into this building is the vibrant location. We are located very close to the famous Seaport and are right next door to one of FiDi's most popular brunch spots. A short walk and you will be at Ground Zero, Battery Park and/or Tribeca. We are surrounded by many world famous shopping, dining and entertainment destinations NYC has to offer, our apartment is near the 2, 3, 4, 5, A, C, J and Z subway lines. We hate to be moving from this incredible location after 3 years and know anyone who lives here next will love it as much as we have.

Incentives

Our rent is $4,700 so we are already giving a $200 discount. We are open to structures, we are flexible on the move in date and of course we can sell our furniture for a huge discount.
