My partner and I, both Columbia master's and Ph.D. students, are subletting our studio from December 8th to January 16th.

This fantastic place is right across from Columbia University, a mere 5-minute walk from the 116th St. subway station.

Here's what you get:
🏡 A fully equipped studio with a queen-size bed, a convertible couch and a desk
🚿 Spacious bathroom
❄️ Winter heating (obviously)
🧺 On-site laundry facilities (located on the same floor)

The total rent for the period is of $2300 with $300 deposit.

The minimum stay is of 30 days.

This sublease is approved by Columbia Residential. You'll have direct contact with us and Columbia Residential. You do not need to be a Columbia University student to sublet this studio.

Incentives

There is no broker fee. This is a 39 days sublet.

Additional fees

Cleaning fee: $150
Deposit: $300
Documents required: ID / Passport (with Visa for non-citizens).
Paperwork: You would sign two contracts: one with Columbia Residential and us, one with only us.
