Available starting mid April 1st 2024 - exact date is negotiable but I'm aiming to move out around that time. I'm open to pushing to May as well.

You can either take over my lease which ends June 20th 2024 or start brand new lease for 1 year in April or May. I'll give preference to someone who can just start new 1 year least as opposed to sublease until June. I will not be accepting anything less than 3-4 months sublease.

If you takeover my lease from April 2024 until June 20th 2024 - price is $4235 per month. If you sign one year from March 2024 price is $4335.
