Your studio includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free housekeeping services with a coin-operated laundry room. You’ll have your own kitchenette equipped with a sink, stovetop, refrigerator.

The residence has a 24-hour security desk. Free high-speed WIFI is accessible throughout the building. Students attending Columbia University, Fordham Law School, FIT and NYIT are among those who call the 94th Street residence home.

Included Features: Dresser drawers, Mini Refrigerator, Desk with chair Elevator, Air conditioning and heat in every room. There is a Laundry Facility in the building. Linens, pillows and blankets are also provided at no extra cost.

Please note that although the residence is not exclusive to students although 90% of the building is students or interns.
