Apartment:

The apartment is an approximately 750 sq feet / 70 sq meters 1 bed/1 bathroom beautiful corner apartment sitting on the 22nd floor. It has north and west orientation (looking towards Hudson River). There are no buildings immediately in front on either side (or if they are, they are below the 22nd floor), so this, together with the fact that the apartment is completely exterior and lined with windows, makes for the fact that it is a very luminous apartment. The apartment looks out over Mount Sinai, so due to noise ordinances and restrictions, there are no emergency services noise at night. Additionally, 59th street is a very calm and quiet street.

The apartment was just renovated right before we leased it, so it has modern appliances and was completely refurbished. Appliances are a huge fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and oven/stove. There is also plenty of cabinet space.

As to the distribution, the apartment counts with an ample reception area, and a huge living room. The kitchen has a kitchen bar which allows for an open space between the kitchen and the living room. Additionally, the apartment has 2 huge closets (approximately 6.5 feet long each) and a small pantry.


Building:

The building counts with a supermarket (Morton Williams) and a pharmacy (CVS) right around the corner, and is 5 minutes away from a Whole Foods. Additionally, it is also 5 minutes away from Columbus Circle and Central Park. The building is very well connected since you have multiple bus lines right on 9th avenue and on 57th street, and the subway in Columbus Circle provide connection to the A, C, D, B and 1 lines (you can basically go anywhere in Manhattan in 15-20 minutes).

One Columbus Place has modern and luxury finishes, and has 2 doormen 24h every day (with package pickup and storage all day around), has a modern and beautifully renovated gym (including a pickleball court), and has multiple laundry rooms and bike rooms. The building often organizes activities for the neighbors. The building has a huge work space, TVs, pool table and terrace with barbecues.

I'm open to selling this as a package deal for $4,500 (original price was $6,500).

Additional fees

I currently have 1 month deposit in place (as I had no credit score when moving to the US). Depending on your credit score, you will be requested to provide a $1,000 deposit (if you have credit score) or replace such deposit (if you do not have credit score). No other fee applies.
