ADDITIONAL FEE
Applicants should show that their income/assets can support the rent. This can be in the form of paystubs, bank statements, and the like.

Credit check will be $30. This will only be required at the final stage of the application and payable directly to the credit check company.

There is a 1-month security deposit required by the building, and will be returned after the lease is up at the end of Feb '24 provided the apartment is returned in good condition, at the discretion of the building management.
