I am moving out of state and looking for someone to take over a lease for my lovely Greenpoint apartment. Move in can be as early as April 1, but is negotiable. The lease expires August 31, 2016. There is no broker fee and a small application fee to be paid to management.

The apartment is large and very comfortable. It features a huge master bedroom with en suite marble bath and a walk-in closet. The master comfortably fits a king size bed, dresser, desk, two night tables and a small armoire. The second bedroom fits a queen bed, desk, dresser and night table. I am sad to leave but hope to find someone who will enjoy this beautiful space as much as I have.
