-If you want us to maintain our ongoing Fios ($120/mo) and ConEd ($100/mo) accounts for the unit, can do, but charged separately. We will maintain/pay for our ($100/mo) membership portal fee/account, should you need any building assistance (repairs, special requests, etc), you can text us, and we will submit work orders for you same-day through this portal.
