Quaint apartment in a pre-war three-story walk up, two blocks away from Prospect Park. The apartment is a proper one-bedroom approximately 700 sq. ft.

I'm looking for someone to pay my rent until my lease is up (Dec. 31st). I got a job abroad and I'll need to break my lease.

I really enjoyed living in Flatbush, it's a wonderful neighborhood, with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, yoga studios, gyms, and so much more, everything is within walking distance. Trains B,Q on Church Avenue or  F, G Fort Hamilton are the closest subway stops.

I'm about a 40-minute subway ride away from downtown Manhattan. Prospect Park is quite the gem, (two blocks away), and you'll have access to two farmers' markets, one on Courtelyou Road and Grand Army Plaza, and the Flatbush Food Coop is a great spot.  Also, the Brooklyn Museum and the Botanical Garden are 30 minutes away.

The apartment can be furnished and I'm happy to sell my things. But once the lease is up, you'll have to move out, or if you decide to stay you'll have to apply directly with the management company.

I'm flexible with the move-in dates, but can't extend past December 31st.

Rental price includes wifi, gas and electric are separate.
