Large studio apartment with enough space for a full bedroom *and* living room furniture set-up. Full kitchen with updated appliances. Spacious bathroom with full bath/shower. Three closets.
Apartment would be mostly unfurnished, but I can leave the queen size storage bed (and mattress), hanging rack with shelves for clothes, and a large jute area rug. I can also leave the bamboo bathroom cabinet and the custom shower curtain.
The building is a doorman high-rise with a laundry room, fitness center, rooftop deck, and other commons areas, as well as a dedicated on-site maintenance team. Dogs and cats are allowed (subject to building approval, but I've seen all sizes of dog).
Everything (rent payments, maintenance requests, permission to enter) is done conveniently online. Tenants are a mix of young professionals and young families.
