The apartment is freshly built (my roommate and I are the first tenants in the unit). It faces south so it gets sunlight throughout the whole day. The smaller room features a large corner window facing south and east and is absolutely flooded with light. The view is mostly open skies but includes a few interesting buildings like the Brooklyn museum, downtown Brooklyn and some prospect heights/park slope church steeples.
Of the two bedrooms, there is a larger one with a private bathroom and a smaller one with a shared bathroom. The kitchen has a lot of counter and cabinet/shelf space (the big downside is that it annoyingly does not have a vent/hood). Lots of closet/storage space.
Transportation:
5-10 min walk to A/C as well as the "S" shuttle which connects to 2/3/4/5.
15 min walk to G train.
