Moving in to Gotham Point has been such a game changer for me. After living in Manhattan for the last two years, GP has been a true breath of fresh air.

The entire team at GP made my move-in seamless and I felt very welcomed from day one. The front desk staff are very professional and accommodating for any needs that I might have. My condo is very spacious, quiet, bright and has everything that I could possibly need.

The amenities are wonderful and the indoor gym is fully equipped with everything you could need. I am personally a fan of working-out outdoors and they have two equipped areas for training. My favorite part about the building is the rooftop lounge. The views are stunning and I have seen the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the roof.

Gotham Point does a great job of creating community by hosting a variety of different events throughout the month. They host everything from roof top yoga sessions, cooking classes, wine tastings, craft workshops, cocktail hours, screenings, concerts and even day excursions such as ski trips, apple picking and winery tours and much more.

There are a variety of transit options at your doorstep. You can commute on the NYC Ferry, hop on the Long Island Rail Road or take a quick ride through the Queens Midtown Tunnel, grab a CitiBike or take the subway into Manhattan from the Vernon Blvd. or Court Square stations nearby.

Shuttle Bus Service: M-F every 30 minutes from 6:30AM - 9:10AM and from 4:30PM - 7:30PM.
Pick up and drop off to Vernon Blvd Station (7 train) & Court Square Station (7/E/M/G trains)
