The neighborhood of Greenpoint is peaceful while still offering numerous options at your doorstep. In addition to the G and 7 subway lines, the Greenpoint Ferry stop is easily accessible. Adjacent neighborhoods include Williamsburg and Long Island City.

One Blue Slip is leading a luxury rental building wave at Greenpoint Landing, a ground-breaking mixed use development in a historically industrial waterfront setting. Imagined by Brookfield and Park Tower Group to bring public green space, world-renowned architecture, and incredible Manhattan skyline views, the building embraces its surroundings and begins to initiate growth along the waterfront in Greenpoint. There is NO brokerage fee for this lease assignment. I will pay your $20 rental application fee.

If you'd like some furnishing, there are a couple options: (1) we sell you all/some of our furniture or (2) we can refer you to recommended furniture rental company to engage, and it's around a few hundred dollars per month.
