Its a super spacious layout with hardwood flooring all throughout, high ceilings, and a little section in the entrance that provides privacy when guests come in. I have been able to create a living space, where I can watch TV, a bedroom, a little section for my office and a little dinning space as well (I can share additional photos of set up for those who are interested). It has a separate room for a kitchen, which come with a dish washer and tons of storage space. This unit is beautifully placed on the UES in an elevator building. The building has a super clean laundry room with an app that tells you when your clothes are ready. The people in my building are super nice and friendly. I have a live-in super, who is very responsive for any thing that needs attention. The apartment is located in a great location and I have loved being in the neighborhood, with tons of cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. Its a 5 min walk from the Q station and a 15 min walk from the 4,5,6 trains. There is a small grocery right below the apartment, a fairway about 10 mins walk. There is also a Wholefoods close by. The apartment is super close to the Karl Shurz Park, and a 15 min walk from central park. Looking for renters with good credit score and 40x income (of monthly rent $3,100). The apartment is managed by Array Management Company, and you will be going through an application process with the company and the lease agreement will be with them.
