Luxury fully-furnished apartment available in highly-desired Brooklyn neighborhood, Clinton Hill. New build, completed in August 2022. All furniture is brand new (March 2023).

Applicant must submit an application ($20 non-refundable fee per applicant for the screening) and provide supporting documentation. Requires income to be 40 times the rent with credit in the 700 range. If the applicant is using a Guarantor they must be a US Guarantor with income at 80 times the rent with good credit. For supporting documents they will need proof of income- employment letter and two recent paystubs, copy of ID, two recent bank statements, and current landlord reference letter.

Once we have the completed application and all documents needed, we will then present to ownership for approval. If approved, the new tenant would sign a lease reassignment document that transfers the current lease to the new tenant. They will not generate a new lease for the tenant, they must take over the current lease as is.

If the applicant has a pet, please let us know as they have a specific pet policy for the building that will need to be confirmed.
