WILLIAMSBURG SUBLET AVAILABLE 9/1 - 11/14! Option to sign new lease at the end of the sublease term!
My roommate and I are looking to sublet our lease for our beautiful 2BR, 1BA apartment in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It's located just off of Union Ave & Broadway and is super convenient because it's located to so many subway stops. It is also within walking distance to a ton of popular bars and restaurants, as well as a nice grocery store.
Our apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer and brand new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, etc). Our building also has an amazing roof with tons of grills and chairs to lay out and tan (one of my favorite perks). Mostly young people live in the building, which gives it a good vibe.
My bedroom is the larger of the two rooms. It has a really big closet (don't mind my messy shelves, I tried my best to clean lol). It also easily fits a desk and I also have a nice sized TV mounted on the wall as well! My roommate's room is a little smaller, but can easily fit a full sized bed and dresser and also has a big closet.
The apartment can come furnished, as we're happy to discuss selling any of the items of furniture.
