The apartment is a 10th floor corner unit. There is great sunlight and it has wonderful views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges, NYC, and views of the Brooklyn Heights neighborhood itself.

The primary BR can fit a king size bed. Large closets in both bedrooms. The apartment has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, central AC and Heat, and modern fixtures and bathrooms.
