I will be traveling, so this fully-furnished room in Midtown is available for the month of August! I have two great roommates, and a shared kitchen and bathroom. Our apartment is in Herald Towers, a Luxury Building in the central location of Herald Square, 34th st. In the building, we have a lounge, terrace, rooftop, and gym, all of which you will have access to with my resident card. There is a concierge, a package room, and laundry in the building.
My rent is $1,507, but I am asking for $1,400 for the month (I will still have some of my things here). I will pay the building, and you can either Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp me for this short-term sublet. I will pay my portion of the electric and internet bills, so you won't have to worry about paying for anything but the sublet!
