This opportunity is to step into an existing lease as early as August 12th, 2023, which will end on October 23, 2023. At that point you would have the option to sign a new lease or leave the apartment. I am somewhat flexible on the exact move-in date.
You will need to be approved by the building management in order to be assigned the lease. Serious applicants only, this is a high-end building.
You can rent the apartment furnished for the period of the assignment (a little over 2 months), or I can remove everything before the assignment period. If you rented furnished, i would need to remove furniture at the end of the assignment period (Oct 23rd).
If you want to rent it furnished during the assignment period, I will require 1) you to personally visit the apartment and 2) an additional security deposit to cover potential furniture damage. If you have pets, you cannot rent it furnished.
