The third bedroom is used as a shared office and exercise room. It's a quiet building - not a lot of noise as the unit occupies the entire third floor of a four-unit building. Shared laundry is available in the basement and the apartment shares backyard and roof access with the rest of the building.

The current tenant (who would be your roommate) is a kind, conscientious, easygoing writer in her early thirties who works from home most mornings and some afternoons. Looking for a tidy, conscientious, friendly female roommate and a calm, convivial, cozy vibe in the home.

The new tenant would be welcome to bring their own cat along too, provided it's friendly with other cats! The current cat gets along with pretty much everyone and loves company.
