We’ve lived here for 5 years and are sad to go! The Hub is a great building and community, and the location is amazing - so convenient. But we’re expecting a newborn this summer and are leaving NYC.
The new tenant (lease assignment) would need to go through the building's approval process with the typical requirements (combined income 40x rent, etc.). New tenant can renew lease with the building in December.
